Accrete Globus Technology is an India-based SAAS-product company developing and marketing 6Orbit, a cloud-based process automation tool. The company operates in the Indian domestic market, offering an alternative to traditional ERP tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver IT projects.
• Meet with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Convert user stories into technical requirements.
• Discuss requirements with the internal team.
• Project monitoring.
• Provide training on the product to end-users.
• Conduct meetings with high-profile business owners or chief management to help them better understand product features and requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with clients.
• Maintain project roadmaps and Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).
• Manage project deadlines.
• Update internal management with project details.
• Manage end-to-end project execution and delivery.
• Act as a single point owner for topics related to the delivery of assigned projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Excel proficiency.
• Complete knowledge of SDLC.
• Experience in Project Management, Quality Management, or Project Coordinator roles.
• Strong experience in client interfacing, coordination, and management.
• Experience with relevant project management processes: initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close, along with supporting processes.
• Ability to interface and communicate with the project team, management, and stakeholders.
• Ability to close projects to formalize acceptance of project results.
• Ability to handle client relationships, manage client expectations independently, and deliver results back to the client independently.
• Ability to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations.
• Ability to guide team members in analysis.
• Willingness to travel to client premises 30-40% of the time (Note: Also stated as 20-30%).
