About the Role
We are looking for an Order Management & Product Fulfillment Specialist to support customer order processing, fulfillment activities, and client communications. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure accurate and timely order management.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ranging from simple to complex transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status, fulfillment, and product information.
- Monitor and manage open sales orders to ensure smooth order flow.
- Investigate and resolve order-related issues and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Sales team regarding order updates and follow-up actions.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and business standards.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Conduct research and analysis to resolve customer and operational challenges.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and productivity while meeting operational metrics.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn order management systems.
Qualifications
- Graduate from any 3-year or 4-year non-technical degree program.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Not Eligible: B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech.
- Undergraduate result awaited cases need not apply.
