Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through voice, email, and chat support channels.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer information across multiple systems and databases.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Support operational excellence through accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and data management skills.
Qualifications
- Freshers from the 2025 and 2026 graduating batches.
- Arts & Science graduates are eligible to apply.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be willing to work in a US Shift environment.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in arts & science disciplines.
