About the Role
Walk-in Drive for Fresher in Domain - F&A Hiring (O2C).
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact.
- Deliver a positive customer experience.
- Contribute to the process through improvement ideas.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred (Arts & Science).
- 2024-2026 Passed out.
- B.E/ B.Tech, MCA, MSC(IT) are not eligible to apply.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
