The goal is to become the world's most respected matrimony platform. This role involves working within a small, dynamic team where individuals contribute to various aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Talking to members and supporting them through the process.
• Helping with marketing and sales.
• Managing and tracking leads and daily operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• College degree.
• Curiosity and a love for learning.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Warm, friendly, and adept at making people feel comfortable.
• Comfortable speaking in both English and Hindi.
• Strong writing skills.
• Willingness to work hard, including potential weekend commitments.
• Open-mindedness and eagerness to get things done.
• Experience with member onboarding and support is a plus.
• Comfort with CRM tools like Zoho is a plus.
