Investment Banking Intern

About the Role

The Investment Banking Intern will be a full-time team member supporting the financial analysis and deal evaluation activities behind India’s Future Investors. This on-site role is based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with financial modeling.
• Assisting with investment research.
• Assisting with due diligence for opportunities featured on or related to the show.
• Analyzing company financials.
• Preparing valuation models.
• Compiling market and industry research.
• Supporting the development of investment theses.
• Creating clear, concise financial summaries and presentations for internal stakeholders and production teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and assess business performance.
• Foundational knowledge of finance and investments, with interest in capital markets and corporate finance.
• Experience or coursework in financial modeling and valuation techniques (e.g., DCF, comparables, transaction analysis).
• Ability to assist in due diligence activities, including reviewing financial statements, market data, and business information.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Basic familiarity with financial databases or research tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• High attention to detail.
• Integrity in handling financial information.
• Comfort working under time pressure.
• Interest in media, entertainment, and showcasing finance in a public, competitive format is an advantage.
