About the Role
Associate – Recruiting (Sourcer)
Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)
The incumbent in this role is expected to support Lateral Hiring sourcing efforts for Expert Client Delivery, Business Services, and Business Functions at the Bain Capability Network (BCN) India. The team member aligns with Recruiting leads for identifying and engaging with qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The main objective will be to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to support the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (including online sourcing, networking, and social media) to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and regularly update candidate profiles and status.
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve sourcing and recruiting efforts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proven experience in proactive candidate sourcing, preferably for tech roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates.
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint with the ability to manage MIS and reporting.
- Data handling and data analysis skills are preferred.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years’ experience along with an MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
