US IT Recruiter

About the Role

• US IT Recruiter position at STRAVEXA.
• Location: Noida (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote).
• Shift: Night Shift Only.
• Pay Rate: Best in the market + Incentive up to 8-12%.
• Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts. Day-shift candidates are requested not to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and work on assigned requirements received from Account Managers (AMs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs).
• Source, screen, and submit the best-fit candidates within the best time.
• Understand job descriptions (JDs) and identify suitable candidates through job portals, open-source platforms, and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Maintain daily reports, track candidate submissions, and follow up on feedback.
• Collaborate with BDMs to coordinate with candidates and schedule phone screenings, interviews, and client discussions with points of contact (POCs) or end customers.
• Identify top talent, negotiate pay rates, and ensure candidates align with client budgets and requirements.
• Review and optimize candidate resumes to improve their relevance and suitability for client submissions, while ensuring all information remains accurate.
• Meet daily KPIs, maintain recruitment reports, and contribute to business growth and revenue generation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience: 3 months to 2 years of experience in the US IT Staffing industry. Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
• Good understanding of US work visas, tax terms, pay rates, and profit margins.
• Strong negotiation, candidate engagement, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably CEIPAL.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and X-Ray searches.
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot effectively to improve sourcing efficiency, understand job requirements, and streamline recruitment workflows.
• A reliable laptop and stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and meet daily recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Educational background in IT or software development, such as B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, or a related degree.
• Candidates based in or around Noida or Meerut will be preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or related technologies will be an added advantage.
