Content And Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are a jewellery brand seeking our first content and marketing hire. You will work directly with the founder to plan, shoot, and publish content that makes people fall in love with Foramour. If you scroll Pinterest for fun, shoot reels without being asked, and have opinions about what makes a post work, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot product photos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content on your phone.
• Plan and post content for Instagram and Pinterest, and help with captions and the content calendar.
• Spot trends early and turn them into on-brand content ideas.
• Help with influencer outreach, collaborations, and gifting.
• Support shoots, launches, and campaigns from start to finish.
• Track what's working (reach, saves, engagement) and suggest improvements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• You are based in Bangalore and can come to Whitefield 3 days a week.
• You have a good eye for aesthetics, light, and composition.
• You are comfortable shooting and editing on a phone using tools like CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar.
• You have lots of energy and a "we'll figure it out" attitude.
• Your English is clear and confident, and you have a feel for brand voice.

Qualifications

• You are a fresher or recent graduate with a strong interest in social media, fashion, or jewellery.
• Good to have: A personal Instagram or Pinterest account, or a portfolio, that shows your taste.
• Good to have: Some experience with content creation, college clubs, freelancing, or internships.
