About the Role
The Data/Information Mgt Analyst is a trainee professional role requiring a good knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems for assigned tasks, and a basic understanding of underlying concepts and principles. It involves making evaluative judgments based on factual information analysis, and resolving problems by identifying and selecting solutions using acquired technical experience, guided by precedents. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for routine operational or administrative work.
- Day-to-day actions focused on administering defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation.
- Deliver routine and defined outputs daily, while developing knowledge of the broader work context.
- Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, clients, and assets.
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhere to Policy, and apply sound ethical judgment.
- Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.
- This function covers various data activities, including database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or architecture/design engineering.

Qualifications
- Min 0-2 years of experience in SQL, Python, Data visualization, Excel.
- Previous related experience preferred.
- High attention to detail.
- Customer service skills.
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
- Individuals will have their work thoroughly reviewed and checked by more senior incumbents and will have limited contact outside their immediate area.
