About the Role
TravClan is a B2B Travel Tech startup that is reshaping the way travel agents sell and deliver exceptional travel experiences worldwide. They enable travel agents to book flights, hotels, and holidays conveniently and provide comprehensive end-to-end on-ground travel services.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing all bookings and flight/hotel/packages operations-related work, including cancellations and refunds.
- Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely revert on quotes and booking details such as vouchers and confirmations.
- Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
- Ensure customer delight.
- Demonstrate multitasking abilities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Night Shifts (prior experience or comfort working them)
- Structured problem-solving ability
- Understanding of different business verticals
- Disciplined & Process Oriented
- Presence of Mind
- Willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Customer-Centric
- Enjoy speaking to clients on call.
- High ownership to complete your work.
- Good at negotiating with suppliers.
This role is not ideal for someone who is
- Not comfortable with tight timelines/targets.
- Not disciplined to sit and work.
- Not good at resolving customer queries or escalations.
- Not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week).
