About the Role
Hardesta is the engineering and procurement layer for India’s deeptech. Mission Ctrl traces every design change to the parts it touches. Our agents source those parts from suppliers who’ve made them before and deliver them to your door. We work with some of the top space and aerospace companies in the country.
The Job
Own the sourcing of Class A parts for live space and aerospace programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Read drawings, BOMs and specs; catch what the customer missed
- Source from anywhere in the world; find the vendor who’s made this exact part before
- Write RFQs, negotiate price and lead time
- Clear major compliances: import, export and certifications
- Visit shop floors; learn how the part is made and where it fails
- Run orders from PO to delivery
Who You Are
A mechanical, electrical or aerospace engineering student who can read a drawing, pick up a phone, and won’t let go until the part ships. You’re based in Bengaluru or ready to move.
Working hours: 12 hours a day, aligned to sourcing time zones. 6 days a week.
Opportunity for full-time conversion in 3–6 months.
Potential to lead a sourcing team within a year.
