Content Strategist-Intern

About the Role

TruckHai is a logistics technology platform focused on connecting brokers and simplifying the transportation and logistics ecosystem. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Strategist Intern to help us build our digital presence through engaging content, video editing, and creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and other digital content.
• Develop creative ideas for content campaigns, brand awareness, and audience engagement.
• Write captions, scripts, hooks, and content descriptions for social media posts and videos.
• Assist in planning and executing content calendars and marketing campaigns.
• Transform company updates, product features, and logistics-related topics into engaging content.
• Research content trends, competitor strategies, and trending formats to improve reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Clipchamp or similar software.
• Good written communication and creative storytelling skills.
• Ability to generate fresh ideas and understand social media trends.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work independently in a remote environment.
• A portfolio of previous content or video editing work is a plus, but not mandatory.
