Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent written English (grammar, flow, clarity).
- Basic SEO knowledge (keywords, headings, meta descriptions).
- Ability to research and simplify complex topics.
- Plagiarism-free work.
- Prior writing experience or a portfolio is a plus.
- Experience in real estate, marketing, or business writing is a bonus.
