About the Role

As the Owner at Kodbud in Latur, you will provide strategic leadership, set business goals, and oversee the overall operations of the company in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will manage client relationships, guide project delivery for web, mobile, and design solutions, and ensure services align with the company’s mission and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising cross-functional teams
• Making budget and resource allocation decisions
• Monitoring financial performance and business metrics
• Business development activities: identifying new markets, building partnerships, and shaping product roadmaps
• Nurturing a student-centric culture by supporting internship programs, mentoring emerging talent, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative work environment

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership within a technology or digital services organization
• Strong background in software or digital solutions, preferably with exposure to web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, or IT consulting
• Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management
• Capability in operational management, including budgeting, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and risk management
• Commitment to mentoring students and early-career professionals, with an interest in building internship and training initiatives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with startup ecosystems, MVP development, and digital transformation strategies is highly beneficial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
• Advanced qualifications or proven entrepreneurial track record are an advantage
