About the Role

Loud10 is a specialized growth agency helping businesses grow, get noticed, and become louder in their market.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the founder on day-to-day business initiatives.
• Assist with research, business development, and strategic projects.
• Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and internal documents.
• Research potential clients, industries, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Assist in lead generation and client communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track projects and deliverables.
• Help with social media, content, and marketing initiatives when required.
• Take ownership of small projects from idea to execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and business operations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Students or fresh graduates from BBA, MBA, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong communication and written English.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel, PowerPoint/Canva, and AI tools.
• Curious about startups, digital marketing, business, and entrepreneurship.
• Most importantly, a willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Stipend: ₹ 8-10K / month

Location: Gurgaon (Sector 15)

Duration: 4-6 months

Work Mode: Hybrid — 3 days office + 3 days WFH
