Role Overview

Onboard Americas restaurateurs onto the Client platform by pitching, convincing, and signing them for Client commission packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound and receive inbound calls for pitching, convincing, and signing clients for commission packages.
• Adhere to shift and schedule requirements.
• Perform timely follow-ups and schedule callbacks to customers.
• Set high performance standards for self, taking responsibility and accountability for tasks.
• Prioritize advertisers and their needs, developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
• Display expertise through a thorough understanding of products and processes.
• Actively support advertisers through code implementation, keeping them and stakeholders informed.
• Escalate problems or issues to supervisors or technical experts when warranted.
• Meet QA/QC requirements and other key performance metrics.
• Communicate proactively with advertisers and stakeholders.
• Strictly adhere to company policies and processes.
• Effectively utilize tools.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Exposure to basics of Digital Marketing and Web Technologies is an added advantage.
