About the Role
Gurunanak Constructions and Architects provides comprehensive architectural services spanning building design, interior design, and landscape architecture. The firm also manages turnkey projects, delivering end-to-end solutions from concept to completion.
This full-time Architectural Intern role is an on-site position based in Mohali, India. The intern will support the design team with conceptual and detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials. Joining the team offers exposure to diverse project types and integrated design processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in interior and architectural detail layouts.
- Prepare documentation for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate basic details with consultants under supervision.
- Participate in site visits, measurement, and survey assistance.
- Participate in project meetings.
- Support the design team with conceptual and detailed architectural drawings.
- Contribute to real project deliverables under the guidance of senior architects.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
- Strong Communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
- Basic understanding of Solution Architecture and Integration in the context of building systems and project coordination.
- Enrollment in or completion of a diploma or degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow guidance, and willingness to learn are essential.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) is beneficial.
- Basic 3D visualization skills are beneficial.
