Role: Research Analyst Intern

As a Research Analyst Intern, you will:

• Track Indian microcap and SME companies across sectors
• Research business models, management quality, and financials
• Contribute to stock scorecards and investment frameworks
• Monitor earnings, concalls, announcements, and industry developments
• Assist in research-driven content for YouTube, X, Substack for our platform
• Support founder’s office and research execution tasks when required

What You’ll Learn

• Our investing philosophy inspired by investors like Peter Lynch, Warren Buffett, Charlie Munger, William O'Niel and Stan Weinstein
• Practical microcap research and scuttlebutt-style thinking
• Hands-on exposure to tools like Screener.in
• Financial storytelling and content structuring
• How independent investing research is actually done in the real world

• Prior experience is not mandatory
