About the Role
The LEAP Program is designed for individuals with a major in Business Management (full-time) and 0-3 years of pre-MBA work experience. The program includes a structured 12-month training period, divided into three 4-month stints across Aditya Birla Group businesses, aiming to provide a holistic experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Upon confirmation after the initial 12 months, participants will undertake a mandatory 2-year role focusing on Frontline business roles (Revenue generation roles).
- These roles may include Sales (Retail & Wholesale) and Operations (Retail & Manufacturing Ops) & Supply Chain Management.
- The goal is to hone core skills.
- After completing the initial 2-year business role, participants have the option to explore other internal business roles such as Strategy and Planning.
