Architect

Role & Responsibilities

• Create design concept and detailed plans for the project.
• Present design concept to client for approval.
• Make Sketchup model for clients presentation.
• Make working drawings and details.
• Aide in the creation of a schedule, specification, and budget for the project.
• Work closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good hands-on work experience on software like Revit, Autocad, Sketchup, and Enscape is a must.
• Must possess pertinent degrees in architecture (B.Arch, GD Arch).
• Candidates with M Arch may not apply.
• Must be a keen listener able to identify the needs of a project.
• Up-to-date knowledge of construction and building codes.
• Must show strong project management skills and be able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• UG: B.Arch in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Diploma in Architecture.
