About the Role

L.E.K. Consulting is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Staffing Intern to support the Staffing and Allocation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced consulting environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the allocation team and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of key processes while maintaining high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Role Description

The intern will support day-to-day allocations and SAP operations, including case code creation, extensions, and updates. Responsibilities include managing employee allocations, staffing changes, roll-offs, and maintaining accurate SAP records. The role also involves coordinating employee-related updates, leave/TOIL adjustments, and timesheet-related requests. The intern will work closely with Staffing, Finance, HR, and regional teams to ensure timely processing of requests and resolution of SAP-related queries.

Position Details

• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Duration: 3 months
• Work Model: Hybrid (3 days Work from Office, 2 days Work from Home)
• Stipend: 10k/month
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
• Office Location: L.E.K. Consulting, Mumbai, Nariman Point

Qualifications

• Recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn.
