About the Role
As a Search Engine Evaluator for RWS, you will test and evaluate how search engines respond to everyday searches. Your work will play a crucial part in enhancing AI data to improve the online search engine experience for clients' users.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and evaluate search engine responses to everyday searches.
- Provide feedback on text, audio, images, and videos.
- Refine AI data used by major search engines, social media sites, and streaming platforms.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in English and Kannada.
- Must currently reside in India.
- Strong understanding of popular culture in India.
- Commitment of 5 to 20 hours per week.
- Must sign and adhere to a project NDA.
- Must have a smartphone and personal computer with a reliable internet connection.
- Must have reliable antivirus software.
- Must pass training modules and a required test before commencing work.
- Only one Search Quality Rater per household.
- Must be 18+ years old.

- Web-savvy with excellent skills in online research.
- Inquisitive by nature with a real interest in AI.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to continually maintain quality and accuracy SLAs.
- Self-discipline to stick to a schedule and get work done despite potential distractions of a home office.
- Critical thinker with the ability to analyze information and assess its relevance or significance.
