Leasing Associate

About the Role

Beyond Squarefeet™ Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is India’s premier mall advisory company. This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Associate role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support mall leasing activities by coordinating with prospective and existing tenants.
• Prepare and review lease proposals.
• Maintain accurate lease documentation and records.
• Assist with lease negotiations.
• Track lease terms and renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with mall positioning and tenant mix strategies.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders.
• Address tenant queries and provide service-oriented support.
• Generate reports to support decision-making in lease administration and mall management.
• Help drive occupancy, optimize space utilization, and contribute to the overall performance of mall assets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in commercial leasing and leases, including understanding of lease structures, terms, and negotiation basics.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with tenants, developers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lease administration skills, including documentation management, data entry, tracking key dates, and generating lease-related reports.
• Familiarity with retail or real estate sectors, especially shopping malls or commercial properties.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email).

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
