About the Role
The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) – Freshers Only role is a full-time remote position designed for individuals starting their careers in clinical research.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating clinical trial activities.
- Organize study documents.
- Communicate with research teams.
- Maintain accurate trial records.
- Support informed consent processes under supervision.
- Help ensure adherence to study protocols.
- Assist with data collection and entry.
- Monitor timelines.
- Support regulatory and ethical compliance tasks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote the smooth conduct of clinical studies.
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of clinical trial processes, including Research and Clinical Trials.
- Ability to work with study Protocol requirements and follow detailed procedures accurately.
- Awareness of participant rights and responsibilities related to Informed Consent.
- Exposure to or academic knowledge of Clinical Research Experience and basic study documentation.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, medicine, or a related healthcare field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in remote teams.
- Comfort with digital tools, electronic data capture systems, and basic office software.
- Willingness to learn, accept supervision, and adapt to evolving clinical research regulations and practices.
