Language Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills in English and one regional language:
- English + Hindi
- English + Marathi
- English + Tamil
Qualifications
- ANY Graduation is mandatory.
Work Schedule
- Shifts: Rotational shifts during the training period, followed by specific floor timings.
- Training Period: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM | 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM | 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Floor Shift (Girls): 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Floor Shift (Boys): 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM | 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Week Offs: Two (2) Rotational Week Offs.
Compensation
- Salary: 20,000
- Split Shift Allowances: 2,500
- Night Shift Allowance: 1,500
- Overtime per hour: 200 Rs.
- Extra Week Off: 2,000
