Role Overview
This is an HR Operations internship focused on hiring and recruitment for tech roles, mainly Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants. You will carry out tasks that keep hiring moving, from screening applicants and fixing interviews to issuing offer letters, working directly with the Founder & CEO. This is hands-on work from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates against the role requirements
- Research and source candidates on LinkedIn
- Fix interviews and coordinate schedules between candidates and interview panels
- Keep candidates updated and follow up at every stage of the process
- Issue offer letters and manage joining documentation
- Maintain the hiring tracker and candidate database
- Take on other HR operations tasks assigned during the hiring and recruitment phase
Requirements & Tech Stack
Must have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with LinkedIn research to find and evaluate candidates
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage several candidates at once
- Comfortable with Google Workspace or MS Office (Sheets/Excel, Docs, email)
- Discretion with confidential information
Preferred
- Past HR internship experience
- Past part-time or internship experience in tech hiring
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri or LinkedIn Jobs
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA / PGDM in HR, BBA, or a related degree
