This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, offering practical training and mentorship in digital and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Assist with social media content creation and scheduling.
• Monitor campaign performance.
• Analyze web and engagement data to generate insights.
• Help with basic reporting.
• Conduct competitor research.
• Brainstorm ideas for improving campaign reach and conversion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on client projects, presentations, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with interest in performance-driven campaigns.
• Skills in Social Media Marketing, including content support, audience engagement, and platform management.
• Skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret basic data and contribute to performance reports.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ideally pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, ad managers, or basic marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is an added advantage.
