About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic graduates who are passionate about Digital Marketing and Online Advertising. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will support Ads campaigns, analyze performance data, resolve advertiser queries, and assist customers through phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and optimize Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, Conversions, and ROAS.
- Troubleshoot basic campaign and account-related issues.
- Provide customer support via Phone, Email, and Chat.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with internal teams.
- Stay updated on Ads features and digital marketing trends.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Online Advertising.
- Knowledge of Ads concepts is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working with data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (all streams eligible).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
- Certifications or internships in Digital Marketing/Ads are an added advantage.
Work Requirements
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions via Phone, Email, and Chat.
- Willingness to work from the office as per business requirements.
