About the Role

Purple Business is seeking Small Business Owners to join their Founding Design Partner Program. This is a voluntary, remote, product design partnership focused on shaping an AI-powered business growth platform before its official launch. The collaboration offers flexible commitment with no fixed working hours.

Who We're Looking For

Small business owners across India interested in growing their businesses, attracting more customers, and improving marketing efforts.

We welcome owners of various business types, including:

• Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and cloud kitchens
• Retail stores, supermarkets, and grocery shops
• Furniture stores, interior design studios, and home decor businesses
• Clothing boutiques, fashion stores, and jewellery shops
• Salons, spas, gyms, and fitness studios
• Electronics stores and automobile dealerships
• Diagnostic centers, clinics, and wellness businesses
• Educational institutes and coaching centers
• Real estate agencies and local service businesses
• Any other small or medium-sized business

Particular interest in owners already using Google Ads or Meta Ads, planning to start advertising, or actively seeking customer acquisition and business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

As a Founding Design Partner, you will collaborate with product design and development teams by:

• Product Testing: Exploring early versions of the Purple Business mobile application and testing upcoming features.
• UI/UX Feedback: Reviewing app screens, layouts, navigation, onboarding, and workflows, providing feedback on likes, dislikes, and areas of confusion.
• Feature Feedback: Sharing opinions on AI-powered advertising, marketing recommendations, customer insights, and business growth tools.
• Business Insights: Helping understand business challenges, customer acquisition methods, advertising experiences, and growth expectations.
• Quality Testing: Identifying usability problems, unexpected behavior, bugs, or areas needing improvement.
• Product Improvement: Suggesting features, improvements, or workflows to enhance the application's usefulness.
• Ongoing Collaboration: Participating in occasional discussions, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions during pre-launch development.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be the owner or co-owner of a small business located in India.
• Must have an operational business with a physical store, active website, online storefront, or established business presence.
• Businesses operating for 5+ years are welcome, as are newly established businesses.
• Interest in marketing, customer acquisition, advertising, or business growth.
• Openness to testing new software and sharing honest feedback.
• No technical knowledge, design expertise, or previous AI experience is required.

About Purple Business

Purple Business is an AI startup building a business growth platform designed to simplify small business growth through smarter marketing, advertising, customer intelligence, and business automation. They are developing a mobile application for iOS and Android and inviting selected small business owners to become Founding Design Partners.

• Sessions scheduled at mutually convenient times.
