About the Role

• Provide complete admission-related information to students and guide them through the admission process for JEE/NEET.
• Assess student performance in entrance exams and, based on their interests, help shortlist colleges where admission chances are high.
• This is an individual contributor role in a high-performance environment focused on promoting a unique learning approach.
• Responsibilities include contacting potential customers (parents and students) to schedule meetings and counsel students on learning methods.
• Take up revenue responsibility, gaining exposure to inside sales.
• Inform students about JEE and NEET exams over the phone, counsel them, and convince them to subscribe.
• This is a target-based profile with incentives for best performance.

Qualifications

• Education Qualification: Any Graduate in Any Specialization.
• Preferably a Bachelor/Master's degree in Psychology.
• 0-2 years counseling experience in the Education Domain.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Strong active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to guide students and provide ongoing support as they make important career decisions.
