Digital Marketing Intern

About the Role

• Seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern interested in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Will work closely with the marketing team to gain hands-on experience in managing digital channels, creating content, and supporting online marketing initiatives.
• Potential for a full-time opportunity after the 6-month internship, based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities.
• Manage and update the company's LinkedIn page and other social media platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Support content creation, including posts, creatives, blogs, and basic marketing materials.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics.
• Assist with LinkedIn engagement, including monitoring comments, interactions, and relevant industry conversations.
• Support lead generation and other digital marketing campaigns.
• Track basic social media and campaign performance metrics.
• Assist in maintaining content calendars and ensuring timely posting.
• Collaborate with HR, sales, and business teams for content and marketing requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn is mandatory.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of content creation and social media management.
• Canva or similar design tools familiarity is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital advertising is an added advantage.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Last Semester students, freshers, or recent graduates from Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, BSC IT, BCA, or related fields.
• Candidates with relevant digital marketing certifications or projects will be preferred.
• Must be available for the complete 6-month internship.
• This is a paid internship.
