Business Development Specialist (USA Market)
- Location: Shastri Nagar, New Delhi (near Metro station)
- Job Type: Full Time (On site)
- Shift Timings: 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
- Compensation: 240,000 P.a to 360,000 P.a
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new customers to foster growth and create new opportunities.
- Evaluate business growth initiatives and highlight areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met.
- Expand into new markets and drive customer acquisition through potential leads.
- Nurture healthy relations with customers and convert their queries to successful loads/orders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction: Monitor and manage customer satisfaction, resolving any issues that arise.
- Provide regular reporting on logistics operations to clients and other departments within the company.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluent English communication skill is a must.
