About the Role
As a Sanitation Worker, you will be responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of operational areas, sanitary facilities, production zones, and common areas to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tamil Nadu, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to cleaning schedules.
- Apply appropriate cleaning and disinfection agents.
- Document completed tasks according to internal standards and legal requirements.
- Assist with waste disposal.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety guidelines.
- Immediately report any malfunctions or potential hazards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Knowledge of hygiene and cleaning practices.
- Basic knowledge of food safety.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work respectfully and clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and potentially suppliers.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is advantageous, particularly in hygiene-critical areas and production environments.
- Openness to training and continuous learning regarding safety standards, cleaning processes, and handling cleaning chemicals.
