About the Role
The Member role at Kmphitech is a full-time, on-site position based in Gujarat, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project leads to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across mobile, web, game, and software development domains.
- Contribute to feature implementation.
- Assist with testing and quality checks.
- Document work.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and improvements.
- Follow established processes.
- Meet delivery timelines.
- Maintain clear communication with the team and relevant stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding or interest in mobile app, web, software, or game development.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute positively to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for documenting tasks, sharing updates, and coordinating with team members.
- Ability to work on-site in Gujarat, India, and maintain regular full-time working hours.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or project experience in IT or software development is an advantage but not mandatory.
