Key Responsibilities
- Make welcome calls to new customers across DOM & ROW.
- Gather key information and share essential details clearly.
- Build quick rapport and set the tone for a great experience.
- Document conversations accurately in CRM.
- Adapt to time zones, schedules, and dynamic workflows.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Outstanding communication—both spoken and written.
- Ability to connect with people across geographies and cultures.
- Flexibility to work across varied time zones when needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine customer empathy.
- Attention to detail + accuracy in documentation.
- Comfortable using CRM and communication tools (training provided).
- Work-from-office readiness (HSR Layout, Bengaluru).
