Designer

About the Role

The Designer will work full-time on-site in Gautam Buddha Nagar, collaborating with internal teams to conceptualize and develop design solutions for client projects. The role involves participating in client and team discussions to understand requirements, propose ideas, and align designs with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating visual concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for print and digital media, based on project briefs and brand guidelines.
• Iterating on designs through feedback.
• Preparing production-ready files.
• Ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
• Maintaining organized design assets.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Comfort working across both print and digital formats.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop clear visual concepts, layouts, and compositions that align with brand and project goals.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and user-centered design, with attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to interpret briefs, respond to feedback, and work with cross-functional teams.
• Solid time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a design studio, agency, or similar environment is preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing recent work is required.
