About the Role

Cultural Exchanges® is seeking motivated, well-connected, and result-oriented individuals to join the team as Sales & Marketing Associates on a commission-based basis. This role operates at the intersection of art, culture, and meaningful initiatives, connecting artists and collectors through curated artworks and auction opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market artworks to potential buyers, art collectors, and art enthusiasts.
• Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients and art buyers.
• Generate leads and facilitate artwork sales.
• Explore networking opportunities, partnerships, and new sales channels.
• Represent Cultural Exchanges® professionally while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Interest in art, culture, sales, or marketing.
• Strong communication, networking, and client relationship skills.
• Freelancers, independent sales professionals, and individuals with access to relevant buyer networks are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in art sales, luxury sales, or business development will be an advantage.

Compensation

• Commission-based, linked to successful artwork sales.
