Trainee Process Associate
About the Role
Non Voice Process - AR Caller
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through email/chat support.
- Review, verify, and process customer requests accurately.
- Maintain productivity and quality targets.
- Update customer information in the system.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
- Resolve customer issues within the defined turnaround time.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- Comfortable working with US Shifts.
- Sound analytical skills.
- Logical thinking.
Qualifications
- Graduate fresher
- Eligible degrees: BBA, BA., B.Com., BCA, B.Sc
- Passed out year: 2021 - 2026
- Not eligible: Diploma, B.E./B.Tech/ME/ M.Tech
Work Location
- OMR / Kosmo
Shift Timing
- 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
