About the Role
The Commercial Banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations process Loan processing transactions by providing superior service delivery to customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business. The Corporate banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations process trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business. This role involves developing and delivering core banking solutions for applications that process essential bank functions, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management, and product management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor.
- Receive detailed instructions on all tasks.
- Decisions impact your own work and are closely supervised.
- Act as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
- This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
