Job Overview
Hiring Site Technicians & Junior Site Engineers for rooftop solar installations, testing, commissioning, and regular maintenance. On-the-job guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Support rooftop structure mounting, solar module fixing, and DC/AC cable routing.
- Electrical Work: Assist with inverter connections, MC4 crimping, earthing pits, and lightning arrestors.
- Testing & Commissioning: Help conduct basic voltage/continuity testing (V<sub>oc</sub>, I<sub>sc</sub>) and grid synchronization.
- Maintenance (O&M): Perform regular plant inspections, panel cleaning supervision, and basic inverter troubleshooting.
- Safety & Reporting: Follow rooftop safety protocols (safety harness, helmet, boots) and share daily site updates.
Qualifications
- ITI (Electrician/Wireman)
- Diploma
- B.Tech (Electrical / EEE / Mechanical)
Requirements
- Comfortable with on-field rooftop work.
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools (multimeter, clamp meter) and solar components.
- Local language knowledge (Telugu for AP/Telangana, Tamil for Hosur) is a plus.
