About the Role

The company operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Taloja, Maharashtra, with multi-level infrastructure designed to produce chemical heating heat pumps, heat pump chillers, and heat pump evaporators under one roof. Rockshell Corp focuses on reducing operational costs for customers by delivering highly efficient thermal solutions optimized for complex industrial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Thermal & Hydraulic System Design
- Design and develop hydraulic circuits for heat pump installations.
- Perform pipe sizing, flow calculations, pressure drop calculations, and pump selection.
- Assist in system engineering and process integration of heat pump projects.
- Support thermal calculations and equipment selection.
Engineering Drawings & Documentation
- Prepare P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams).
- Develop AutoCAD drawings, piping schematics, and equipment layouts.
- Generate General Arrangement (GA) drawings and engineering documentation.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical datasheets.
Project Engineering Support
- Coordinate with sales, project, and commissioning teams.
- Assist in technical proposal preparation.
- Review vendor data and equipment specifications.
- Support project execution activities whenever required.
Training & Development
The selected candidate will be trained in:
- Industrial Heat Pump Technology
- Refrigeration Cycles
- Heat Exchanger Fundamentals
- Process Heating Applications
- System Performance Evaluation
Requirements & Tech Stack
- AutoCAD proficiency is essential
- Strong understanding of Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics
- Knowledge of pumps, valves, piping systems, and hydraulic calculations
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems is preferred
- MS Excel and engineering calculations
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- Freshers are welcome
- Up to 2 years of experience in mechanical design, HVAC, piping, utilities, or process engineering preferred
