About the Role

The Associate role at Adbnana is a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai. This role supports day-to-day client and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate content creation workflows.
• Assist with social media planning and execution.
• Help organize shoots, edits, and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Track performance metrics.
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns and content formats.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Organizational and project coordination skills, including task tracking, time management, and attention to detail.
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms, content trends, and digital storytelling, with an interest in brand-building and audience engagement.
• Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management tools, presentation software).
• Willingness to learn new creative and analytics tools.
