About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to join our real estate team. The intern will support property sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and marketing activities to help promote our real estate projects and generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, social media, online platforms, and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Share property details, project information, pricing, and available offers with potential clients.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist the sales team in converting leads into bookings and sales.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in promoting real estate projects through social media and digital marketing channels.
- Create and share property-related content, posts, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Support marketing campaigns, property exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Help identify potential customer segments and new business opportunities.
- Monitor customer inquiries and engagement across marketing platforms.
