About the Role

EdgeCareer is a career support platform focused on helping candidates perform confidently and effectively in interviews. The company offers expert-led mock interviews with experienced industry professionals, designed around specific job roles and real-world scenarios. Candidates receive detailed, personalized feedback that highlights strengths, areas for improvement, and practical tips to refine their interview skills.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through EdgeCareer’s mock interview programs, helping them select suitable sessions and understand the preparation process.
• Communicate with candidates through calls, messages, and emails.
• Provide information about services.
• Assist with scheduling and rescheduling sessions.
• Maintain candidate records.
• Coordinate with interview mentors.
• Collect feedback after sessions.
• Ensure a smooth experience from booking to completion.
• Support basic outreach activities.
• Share updates about new programs.
• Contribute ideas to improve candidate engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain services clearly.
• Ability to handle candidate queries professionally.
• Managing end to end sales cycle of interview prep and job success program.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple candidate interactions, bookings, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Comfort with using basic digital tools and platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools, email, messaging apps, video meeting tools).
• Customer service mindset, including patience, empathy, and a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
• Ability to collaborate with the team.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in career development, talent development, or education services.
• Prior internship or project experience in these areas is an advantage.
• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional Indian language is beneficial.
