As an Assistant in Occupational Therapy, you will support the occupational therapy care of clients within the scope of Future Crypto Fintech Inc.'s offerings, focusing on health promotion in the context of modern work and living environments.
This position is full-time, on-site, and located in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and accompaniment of therapy sessions
- Support in the execution of rehabilitation measures
- Documentation of treatment progress
- Communication with clients, relatives, and interdisciplinary teams
- Contribution to the development, adaptation, and implementation of occupational therapy programs and prevention offers, especially for individuals working in digital and technology-oriented environments.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation: You should possess foundational knowledge of occupational therapy and experience or interest in rehabilitative work with diverse target groups.
- Competencies in Client Care and Home Care: You have skills in direct care, guidance, and support of clients, including home visits or home care, if required.
- Experience in Program and Offer Development: You bring knowledge or willingness to plan, adapt, and further develop occupational therapy programs, oriented towards client needs.
- Additional Qualifications (Desirable):
- Completed education or studies in occupational therapy or health-related fields.
- Basic digital literacy.
- Empathetic communication skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Intercultural sensitivity.
