Business Development Executive (Marketing)

About the Role

Shelter Layouts Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support real estate marketing activities, generate leads, engage with potential customers, and promote residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote residential layout projects.
• Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
• Contact potential customers and share project information.
• Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and improve conversions.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, property events, and site visits.
• Maintain lead records and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in real estate marketing and customer engagement.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities when required.
