About the Role
Khwaabshala is a dream incubator and creative studio. This is a part-time, hybrid role focusing on video and social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Channels:
- Shoot two wellness YouTube channels in Delhi NCR (mental wellbeing and yoga).
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, cut shorts, create thumbnails, and generate subtitle files.
- Publish content to schedule.
- Provide updates to the client after each shoot and a weekly Sunday update.
- Khwaabshala Channels:
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit content (reels, carousels, posts, stories).
- Edit podcast episodes and promo clips.
- Design and send the monthly newsletter.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must live in Delhi NCR and be able to travel to shoots.
- Must have your own laptop and editing software (e.g., Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, or CapCut).
- Comfortable working in Hindi and English.
- Ability to write a clean caption.
- Ability to work to deadlines independently and communicate proactively about potential delays.
Qualifications
- Provide work samples that demonstrate shooting and editing skills.
Details
- Type: Part-time
- Hours: 24 to 28 hours per week (including 1-2 shoot days)
- Location: Hybrid (remote with on-location shoots in Delhi NCR)
- Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month
- Start Date: 1 November 2026
- Equipment for client shoots (camera, mic, phone) will be provided.
- First four weeks are a structured probation period.
