Store Assistant

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Store Assistant role based in Mumbai for Cheelizza.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations.
• Assist customers.
• Handle orders.
• Serve food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet.
• Manage the counter.
• Support basic retail sales activities.
• Help maintain inventory and stock levels.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely service.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Retail Sales and basic Organization skills.
• Training and teamwork abilities.
• Basic math skills.
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems or billing software is beneficial.
• Prior experience in QSR, hospitality, or retail environments is an advantage.
• Motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to maintain high hygiene standards.
