About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, creative, and AI-enabled Freelance Video Editor to edit high-quality Meta Ads and engaging short-form social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality, conversion-focused video ads for Facebook and Instagram.
• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.
• Create compelling hooks, captions, transitions, B-roll, sound design, and visual effects.
• Follow creative briefs, scripts, brand guidelines, and reference videos.
• Use AI tools to speed up editing and improve productivity.
• Create multiple creative variations from existing footage when required.
• Deliver videos on time and implement feedback efficiently.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Desktop, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
• Ability to produce high-quality Meta Ads and engaging social media Reels.
• Knowledge of captions, audio editing, color correction, B-roll, and basic motion graphics.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and efficient production workflows.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant editing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with wellness brands, coaches, consultants, or performance marketing ads is preferred.
• Freshers with strong skills and an impressive portfolio may also apply.

Video Requirements

• Meta Ads: High-quality, conversion-focused editing with strong hooks, engaging visuals, captions, and clear CTAs.
• Social Media Content: Clean, engaging Reels with appropriate captions, transitions, and visual storytelling.

Expected Workload

• Approximately 20–30 videos per month, depending on project requirements and complexity.

Compensation & Payment

• Payment will be on a project basis.
• Indicative budget: ₹500–₹1,500 per video, depending on complexity and scope.
• Final pricing, deliverables, turnaround times, and revision limits will be mutually agreed upon before each project.
